Home Check Up Overview

Founders

The idea of designing an intelligent system for evaluating energy consumption and optimizing household consumption was founded and presented by SHARMN company in 2022. To implement and solve the technical issues of the project, this issue was raised with the manager of COBOCOTECH in Canada. The result of this communication was the formulation of a comprehensive and efficient program in the make a smart of residential buildings to optimize household consumption. AMEERUN company, which has a long experience in launching and developing new and creative startups, joined this group in 2023. The result of this three-way link was the creation of a specialized working group based on experiences, technical knowledge and extensive communication, which resulted in the creation of the Home Check-up startup in Canada.

Mission

Our goal is specifically to focus on the implementation and realization of five comprehensive plans in Canada and subsequently in other industrialized and developing societies:

  • 1- Helping the household economy to reduce and manage monthly expenses by the method of cost engineering
  • 2- Contributing to sustainable development programs in the field of reducing the consumption of natural resources and thus preserving them for future generations
  • 3- Helping the comprehensive sustainable development program proposed and presented by the governments on the issue of reducing carbon dioxide and controlling the emission of greenhouse gases in industrial cities.
  • 4- Contributing to the comprehensive development program of healthy and sustainable living with the help of citizens to preserve natural resources as national wealth.
  • 5- Encouraging the participation of citizens as effective and fundamental members in the targeted development of the idea of a clean city

Vision

The project to control and reduce consumption to optimize energy in residential houses is a broad program designed and implemented in several stages.

First part) Design, planning and launch of the platform

This part is planned following the government's policy regarding the Vision 2030 document. According to the implementation plan, by the end of the first period, the Up Home Check system will cover 38 million homes (3.7%) in the Canadian market.

• First period - 2024 to 2030

This course is divided into three strategic stages as the primary basis

  • - Short-term, to determine the target market, a small part of it is planned as a Pilot Project, and the system's functionality is tested.
  • - Medium-term to expand the results of the pilot project at the neighborhood and city scale
  • - Long-term to expand the effectiveness of the Home Check system on the scale of metropolitan cities and provinces
  • - covering one million houses (3.7%) until the end of the period and reducing more than 3 million tons of carbon dioxide

The second part) Development and consolidation of actions

This part will be planned according to the government's 2030 to 2050 vision document policy. By the end of the fifth period, the total number of houses covered by the Home Check-up system will reach 38 million places (20%) in twenty years.

  • • The second period - 2031 to 2035 / 6.5% of the number of houses in the Canadian market
  • • The third period - 2036 to 2040 / 13% of the number of houses in the Canadian market
  • • Fourth period - 2041 to 2045 / 25% of the number of houses available in the Canadian market
  • • The fifth period - 2046 to 2050 / 49% of the number of houses in the Canadian market

Value

The Home Check-up system, along with its planned goal, the most important of which is to help develop the government's infrastructure goals in preserving natural resources and the environment by creating the necessary infrastructure for a sustainable city, has a lasting value concerning the human living environment. It will have fruitful effects on future generations. This system will also change the way of life of the residents of large and industrial cities and how they deal with the issue of energy consumption, and on top of that, teach future generations how to manage these resources. In addition to this action, it will cause economic growth, job creation and sustainable economic development in the structural system of future cities, which will create a valuable nature and a dynamic and powerful financial bond for the operators of this new start-up in the long term.
