Vision
The project to control and reduce consumption to optimize energy in residential houses is a broad program designed and implemented in several stages.
First part) Design, planning and launch of the platform
This part is planned following the government's policy regarding the Vision 2030 document. According to the implementation plan, by the end of the first period, the Up Home Check system will cover 38 million homes (3.7%) in the Canadian market.
• First period - 2024 to 2030
This course is divided into three strategic stages as the primary basis
- - Short-term, to determine the target market, a small part of it is planned as a Pilot Project, and the system's functionality is tested.
- - Medium-term to expand the results of the pilot project at the neighborhood and city scale
- - Long-term to expand the effectiveness of the Home Check system on the scale of metropolitan cities and provinces
- - covering one million houses (3.7%) until the end of the period and reducing more than 3 million tons of carbon dioxide
The second part) Development and consolidation of actions
This part will be planned according to the government's 2030 to 2050 vision document policy. By the end of the fifth period, the total number of houses covered by the Home Check-up system will reach 38 million places (20%) in twenty years.
- • The second period - 2031 to 2035 / 6.5% of the number of houses in the Canadian market
- • The third period - 2036 to 2040 / 13% of the number of houses in the Canadian market
- • Fourth period - 2041 to 2045 / 25% of the number of houses available in the Canadian market
- • The fifth period - 2046 to 2050 / 49% of the number of houses in the Canadian market
